AAIH President, Dr Anton Ravindran was invited as a speaker and panellist by the Sri Lankan government (authorities) at the Human Capital Summit 2024 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, which featured an impressive lineup of speakers, including President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Scott Morrison, as well as other esteemed thought leaders from the region.
He also participated as a panellist in a Fireside Chat on leadership, moderated by Dinesh Weerakody (Chairman, Board of Investments, Sri Lanka), alongside Scott Morrison, former Premier of Australia, the former President of the Maldives, and other eminent thought leaders from the region.
Dr. Anton Ravindran delivered a Keynote Address on “Evolving Gen AI: Impact on Economy & Society” during the Opening Ceremony at the 20th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Science, Technology & Innovation (AMMSTI 2024) on June 7, 2024 at Siem Reap, Cambodia.
MENA ICT Forum 2024
The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) ICT Forum 2024, held in Jordan from November 20th to 21st, brought together nearly 3000 delegates in the region’s technology sector.
The event was held under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein and attended by several dignitaries including the Minister for Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the Minister for Investment.
Dr Anton Ravindran was invited for the 4th time to deliver an address on Gen AI & Humanity at the Forum and also as a judge for the MENA ICT Awards
